Every product carries a fourteen-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not work as described or your hosting environment cannot run it, email us within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund.
Reply to the delivery email or email support at the address on this site. Include the order number, the licence key, and a short note describing the issue. We aim to reply within one business day.
Refund requests received after the fourteen-day window are considered case by case, particularly when the software has a defect we cannot resolve.
If you have a problem with a purchase, please email us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us can result in the licence being revoked while the dispute is under review.
